What to do right now

Turn off your well pump at the breaker if it's running dry, which protects the motor. Then call us with your tank size and address. If you don't have a storage tank, ask about a rental tank we can drop and fill.

Getting back on water

For homes with a storage or pressure tank, we fill it so you can run the house normally while the well recovers or a well company makes the repair. For homes that draw straight from the well, a rental tank plus a pump can bridge the gap.

During drought

In long dry spells, delivery demand across the Hill Country can jump. Customers on a standing schedule get first pick of time slots, so if your cistern runs low every summer, set up recurring deliveries early.

Questions we get a lot

How fast can you get here?

We prioritize homes with no water, and same-day service is often possible depending on location and the day's route. Call rather than using the form so we can fit you in.

My well is dry. Can you fill the well itself?

We don't recommend pouring water into the well casing. Filling your storage or pressure tank, or using a rental tank, is safer and works right away.

Need water?

Tell us your tank or pool size and where you are. We'll send a price and a delivery window.
