Who this is for
Most of our deliveries go to homes outside city water lines: rainwater-catchment houses whose cisterns ran low in a dry stretch, and properties on private wells that need a top-off while the well recovers or gets repaired. We also fill new tanks before move-in so the plumbing has something to draw from on day one.
What makes it safe to drink
Aguafina is a licensed public water system with TCEQ (PWS #1050252). Our water comes from LCRA-supplied treated sources, and it travels in NSF-certified, food-grade equipment that never carries anything but potable water. Hoses and fittings are dedicated to drinking water and kept capped between jobs.
How a delivery goes
Tell us your tank size and roughly how full it is. We'll confirm how many loads it needs, set a window, and the driver will find your fill port, check access, and fill from the top so nothing stirs up sediment. You don't need to be home if the port is reachable and gates are open.
